Foreword

Dear divine Sisters and Brothers of the Universe,

Welcome to the 26th edition of our Sunyoga newsletter, where we celebrate recent gatherings, teachings, and experiences from our Sunyoga community across Europe.

This summer, Sunyoga courses in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria brought together practitioners from diverse backgrounds to deepen their spiritual practice and explore the transformative power of Sunyoga. Despite challenges like unexpected weather, visa issues, and even swarms of mosquitoes, participants demonstrated resilience and unity. Guided by our dedicated teacher, Axel Johansson, each course became a journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and spiritual growth.

We also continue our series with Swapan, who shares his profound experience of achieving Samadhi, reminding us of the limitless possibilities within spiritual practice. Sunyogi Umasankar’s reflections on Natural Intelligence urge us to reconnect with nature and live harmoniously in an increasingly technology-driven world.

We hope these stories inspire you on your path and encourage you to embrace the principles of Sunyoga with an open heart and mind.

Swapan Interview (Part 2 of 4)

First Samadhi, Meeting Gopal

Swapan-Sunyoga-2023

In July 2023, I attended my first advanced course in Sunyogi and had a powerful Samadhi experience that I want to share. When I was meditating, I felt like I was looking at the Sun. At first, I didn’t understand anything. I saw a conch mark from above, moving in the Sun as I looked up. Then I looked and looked and after looking suddenly, I saw a little boy walking around there. I need to understand who was walking around there. I mean, who is the baby boy? I did not understand who this baby boy was. Then I saw pictures of Krishna’s childhood, and those pictures came to my eyes. Then, when I saw that he was smiling at me, I would smile or look at him, sitting quietly. Then it was just like that; he was all towards me like he was extending his hand. He is raising my hand and wants me to put that hand in his hand or touch his hand. So, he’s been like this with me for a long time. I want to touch him, and he wants to touch me. We were looking at each other for a long time. Then suddenly, I didn’t know what had happened, and I felt like I had fallen. Yes, I was so happy at that moment. That’s what happened to me in Samadhi.

At that time, I did not have my mind in any direction. And I mean, like, lost somewhere. Who is in front of me? Who is behind? Who is there first? No sound, nothing was coming through me. It seemed as if I was lost somewhere! When I still think about that, where did I get lost? I still don’t understand it myself. So that’s all I had in mind, which I later shared with Swamiji. This happened to me, and I remembered the child was missing; a light flashed. The light was blue, a vast light I could not see. Then I fell. Read the first part here.

Sunyoga Basic Course in Erbendorf, Germany

Utpala-yoga

In the peaceful town of Erbendorf, Germany, the Sunyoga Basic Course recently brought together participants for a unique spiritual experience. Hosted by the ever-attentive Benno and Eva, the event was marked by exceptional organisation and delicious meals. The original plan had Sunyogi Umasankar leading the course. However, due to unexpected visa issues that left him stranded in India, Axel, an experienced Sunyoga practitioner, took over as the instructor.
Axel’s calm teaching style made the transition smooth. He guided participants through the fundamentals of Sunyoga, emphasising connection with the Sun’s energy to achieve realisation and inner peace.

The Sun meditation helped one participant recall a repressed memory that had created a hidden fear of the Sun for her whole life, and now this trauma has started to heal.

padmasambhava-2024Participants faced a challenge during meditation sessions—an unexpected swarm of mosquitoes that tested their focus and patience. Despite these minor hurdles, the course was successful. The participants left with a deepened understanding of Sunyoga and fond memories of Benno and Eva’s warm hospitality. The event highlighted the strength of the Sun, which gives the individual the strength to cure himself and develop his spirituality.

This summer, Wintevijk, Holland, Jerome and Froukje hosted a three-day Sunyoga course by the Sunyoga teacher Axel Johansson. Despite the absence of Sunyogi Umasankar, the founder of Sunyoga, due to a visa delay, the course attracted 16 dedicated participants from the Netherlands, Latvia, Belgium, Sweden, Germany, and Austria.

Sunyogia-Netherlands-2024

The course provided a comprehensive introduction to Sunyoga and meditative practices that involve safe sun meditation to connect with the Sun’s energy for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Over the weekend, participants experienced changing weather conditions but also discovered that even if it was raining, the Sun liked to show its face behind the clouds if our longing for it is strong enough.

Axel helped guide participants through their journey, making the experience profound and transformative. The course offered a path to inner peace and spiritual growth, leaving participants with valuable tools for a more harmonious life. The participants were very delighted with the course.

Sunyoga Advanced Course in Pöllau, Austria

The Sunyoga Advanced Course held in the serene town of Pöllau, Austria, was a remarkable gathering that brought together a solid and diverse group of participants from the Netherlands, Iran, Sweden, Austria, and Poland. The course was a testament to the power of unity and mutual support. Participants didn’t just come together to practice Sunyoga. They shared stories, encouraged one another, and built lasting connections. This supportive environment, fostered by the dedication of both the leaders and the group, was essential in helping each participant reach their goal, making everyone feel part of a larger, supportive community.

The outcome of the course was nothing short of extraordinary. With 100% of the participants achieving Samadhi, the course was a resounding success. This achievement is a testament to the power of group energy and disciplined practice. It’s a moment of pride and accomplishment for each participant, highlighting the potential of Sunyoga as a transformative practice that can lead individuals to profound states of inner peace and awareness.

Natural Inteligence to combat Artificial Inteligence

by Sunyogi

Dear Divine Brothers and Sisters of the Universe,

Om Anand Om. The Universal Peace Centre is organising a tree-planting initiative to distribute trees to nearly 25 villages yearly. This is a crucial step in our efforts to combat global warming and environmental degradation.

Recognising that mental pollution is the root cause of environmental pollution is essential. This can lead to a lack of self-confidence and, in turn, irresponsible ecological behaviour.

The Macauley Mafia Education System is misusing Media Intelligence (MI) Technology. They are breaking the 5P formula (see also here) meant to protect humanity, Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and Mother Universe. Instead, they are promoting the 5Cs: Comparison and Competition (with oneself and others), Confusion (for oneself and others), Criticism (with oneself and others), Craziness (in oneself and others), Chaos (causing harm to oneself and others).

Embracing nature, living a natural life, and protecting the environment is the path to Natural Intelligence (NI), which will safeguard humanity from the individual level to the family, society, country, Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and Mother Universe. Tree planting is not just a solution; it’s our social responsibility and a tangible way to contribute to a brighter, greener future. We value your participation in this event, which is crucial to our success.

Misusing MI technology is far more dangerous than misusing AI technology. While AI tools are physical matter only and can harm a considerable part of Mother Earth, MI tools, based on mind consciousness, can potentially harm a significant part of humanity and the environment, including Mother Nature and Mother Universe. The use of AI and MI depends on NI technology and natural living, which are fundamental to humanity and human beings.

Embracing nature, living a natural life, and protecting the environment give us Natural Intelligence (NI), safeguarding humanity from the individual level to the family, society, country, Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and Mother Universe. Tree planting is one solution; it’s our social responsibility.

Hindus are not weak

by Sunyogi

Hindus are not weak. Hindus are kind, and kindness is the ultimate religion. Hinduism has protected creation for ages and continues to do so today. Adharma is always ready to destroy. (Adharma is the Sanskrit antonym of Dharma, meaning “that which is not in accord with the dharma”. Such as betrayal, discord, disharmony, etc.). Do not exceed the limits of the patience of Hindus. If the limit of patience is violated, the destruction of the demonic mafia power is inevitable. The power of patience is infinite. Religion is sure to win, waiting for that day. Let religion win; let truth win. Om Anand Om. Jai Hind, Jai India.

True Worship and Prayer

by Sunyogi

Om Anand Om.
Worship and prayer have infinite power. Sincere worship and prayer make our lives pure, potent, and serene. Sincere peace makes the impossible possible and solves all kinds of problems.
Worship and prayer are not for outward display. They should be sincere. Worship and prayer without sincerity can also produce power, but it is limited. More importantly, without sincerity, the possibility of increasing the ego is high, as is the possibility of increasing demonic power.
Just as the Asuras achieve success by practising Sadhna for a long time but without applying the power of that Siddhi in the right place, they are more likely to use it unfairly and upset the creation, sometimes unconsciously, unknowingly. They think of themselves as God, Guru, and Karta and can’t understand when gradually giving birth to demonic power.

Losing eternal peace in the hope of attaining momentary happiness cannot mean that it is the cause of the destruction of its own, the world, the society, the country, nature, and creation. Then, they place their own mistakes on God, Guru, and others, blaming trying to think of themselves as a saint. Whose own actions are the cause of their turmoil and failure, they cannot understand.
No one can suffer the consequences of anyone else karma. Everyone is responsible for their actions. If the puja and prayer are sincere, it is possible to have eternal power, eternal peace, and invisible power, which does not have an outward manifestation due to sadhana in a very short time. But when the time comes, it is revealed. The person can protect himself, the world, society, the country, and creation; the divine energy is transmitted. Even if there is a temporary obstacle, religion, the truth, owns the ultimate victory. Those saints do not think of themselves as God, Guru, or Karta, even by mistake. Thinking of himself as a seer, he performs his duties with humility and dedication. As a result, even if they live in sorrow or suffering, they always rise above it. Who finds the existence of God, Guru, his own in everything, has eternal peace and good fortune.
Worship and prayer have infinite powers. One who wants to do Sadhana in a certain way will get results that way. The power of worship and prayer is limitless. It is possible to make favourable situations, unfavourable situations, and unfavourable situations favourable and dependent on each one’s actions.
May all win. May peace, prosperity, wisdom, good health, unconditional love, and divine life be attained.
Om Anand Om.
