Greetings! Prakash here, now entrusted with guarding the Ashram gates!

Throughout the month, I’ve tended to the garden and fields, nurturing crops and experimenting with natural farming techniques.

We welcomed Nobo-da, a new addition to aid with our cows, and celebrated village festivals amidst our tranquil days at the Universal Peace Centre.

Our beloved calf, Surya, has faced challenges but emerged resilient, embodying the spirit of perseverance.

In other news, Sunyoga continues to transform lives, with practitioners experiencing profound health benefits and spiritual growth.
