Dear divine brothers and sisters of the Universe,

Welcome to the 4th edition of our Newsletter! I hope all of you around the world are safe and sound.

Autumn is here. In Europe and America, gray skies and dark clouds are more and more frequent, covering the light of our dear Sun. Courage! Keep practicing regularly, use your picture or a mirror, and do your meditation daily. These cold days will get warmer with a bit of daily practice 🙂 Those in India still enjoy some sunny days, so there are no excuses for laziness! 

We forgot to update you on Swamiji’s latest book in the last issue. We promised a quick release, but our plans got delayed. We brought all our papers to the editor and now await the prints.

This month’s newsletter will be about the Basic course in Lachipur ashram. Please enjoy your reading!

21-27 November Teacher Training Course 

Note: This is only for those who have already finished the advanced course (Level 4).

There will be a teacher training course in the UPC Ashram to get the yearly certificate to be an approved Sunyoga teacher. If you cannot come to the event but still wants to teach Sunyoga, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and let’s see what we can do to make you certified for next year. The best chance to become certified is to attend the teacher training course.

Sunyoga Basic Course Lachhipur 14-16 October

Eight Sunyoga students came to our basic workshop in Lachhipur. It was an enthusiastic young group, and most participants were skilled in karate. Axel was giving the lectures in English, and he had great help with translating into Bengali from Rakesh. All students were well prepared for this particular course after practicing a lot after doing the level 1 course. We saw in the asana session that everyone could sit in padmasana easily, which was impressive. 

On the last day, we were fortunate to see a karate performance by the seasoned karate trainers. The audience was highly impressed by what they saw.
