Are you looking for a meaningful way to contribute to a peaceful and spiritual community? Sunyoga NPO welcomes dedicated individuals to support our ashram’s daily operations and holistic mission. Whether you bring skills in administration, fundraising, cooking, spiritual service, or creative fields, there’s a place for you here!

This is more than just a role—it’s an opportunity to deepen your awareness and progress in our advanced Sunyoga courses (Level 5+), focusing on social service and personal growth.

Paid Positions Available (On-Site at the Ashram)

While we warmly encourage volunteers, we also offer salaries for these essential roles:

• Administrative Assistant—Manage accounting, records, donor relations, bookings, driving our car and inventory. (Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English is a plus!)
• Goshala Manager – Tend to cows, oversee dairy production, and ensure their well-being.
• Ashram Driver – We have a car but no driver, so we need a driver who can drive on an as-needed basis. 
• Ayurvedic Manufacturing and Sales – We need to scale our sales of two of our ayurvedic products that we have developed. 

Volunteer Opportunities

Ashram-Based Roles (On-Site in the Community)

These roles require physical presence at the ashram and contribute to daily operations, sustainability, and spiritual practices.

• Ashram Steward – Oversee daily activities, coordinate staff, and manage budgets and maintenance.
• Groundskeeper & Maintenance – Care for gardens, buildings, and eco-friendly projects.

• Garden Caretaker – Maintain flower beds, vegetable gardens, rice fields and composting efforts.

• Puja & Ritual Maintenance – Prepare sacred spaces, oversee rituals, and manage offerings.
• Cooking Food

Remote Volunteer Roles (Work from Anywhere)

These roles allow you to contribute from anywhere, supporting the ashram’s global mission through digital, financial, and creative efforts.

• Fundraising & Grant Specialist – Connect with donors, craft grant proposals, and organise fundraising initiatives.

• Finance & Auditing – Manage budgets, payroll, and financial records and ensure compliance.

• Graphic Designer – Create visual designs for brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
• Content Creator & Video Editor – Develop engaging content, edit videos, and enhance online visibility.
• Website Management & SEO – Maintain and update the website, improve search rankings, and automate processes.
• Book Design & Publishing – Design, edit and publish books, manuals, and resources on Sunyoga teachings.
• Marketing & Outreach Coordinator – Expand Sunyoga’s reach through targeted promotions, social media, and strategic marketing initiatives.
