The Sunyoga Camp had many topics to learn, and each day was full of new knowledge and experiences.

Day 1
We started with joint exercises for our bodies. After that, we practised Sun Meditation for 30 minutes.
Before beginning, we prepared ourselves by closing our eyes and giving respect to our parents, Guru, or anyone from whom we have learned something. We also showed respect to our icons or idols whom we trust.
Swamiji reminded us about three crucial points:
Take care of your pupils as much as possible.
Create friendly relationships.
Do not expect, but accept.
This means we should not say to the Sun, “Give me this,” but simply accept whatever the Sun gives us.
In the lecture, I learned how life was created from the five elements.
The ratio of these elements is 1 : 3 : 9 : 27 : 81, which means the order is: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Space.
We also learned about the structure of a human cell and a plant cell. There are only two main differences:
Humans have iron in the centre of the cell, and plants have magnesium.
There is a slight difference in the chemical composition of the lower part of the cells.

Day 2
We did muscle exercises.
In the lecture, we learnt about Swamiji’s Tapasya in the Himalayas, where he received Darshan of Mahavatar Babaji, and he shared many stories from his spiritual journey.
Day 3
We practised Eye-to-Eye Meditation, where we chose a partner and looked into each other’s Ajna Chakra.
In the lecture, we learnt about the “mafia education system” — how it weakens the minds of youth. We also heard about the history of Vatican City. It was said that the first Pope was once a pirate who kidnapped people and forced parents to pay money. If they refused, he would harm them or take an organ from their child to make them pay. Even today, it is said that such mafia activities go on underground in Vatican City.
This type of mentality in education made youths think they were backward. Because of this, the British ruled India and took control of India’s economy.
In the end, we also learnt about the great thought of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, which means the whole world is one family.
Thank you.

This was the first time I attended Swamiji’s lectures. His silent fight against those mafias who are to ruin our culture is something that really touched my heart. Usually, saints won’t touch such subjects even though they are the greatest need of the time. I feel through him we were coming to know Babaji’s thoughts only. I thank Swamiji from the bottom of my heart for the pains he is taking. And I pray to God that my feelings would reach him.
