Foreword
Dear Divine Brothers and Sisters of the Universe,
With immense joy and gratitude, we present the Sunyoga.org Newsletter No. 33, now available as of April 1, 2025. As we enter this new chapter, we are inspired by the radiant energy of the Sun and the timeless wisdom of the Divine, guiding us toward peace, unity, and enlightenment.
In this edition, we celebrate the transformative experiences of our community—from the successful three-day Sunyoga workshop held at the Universal Peace Center in Lachipur to the vibrant, flower-filled Holi festivities at the Palapur Ashram. These moments remind us of the power of connection with one another and the universal spirit that flows through all beings.

We are particularly excited to announce that Swamiji will be traveling to Europe in May and June. This trip may mark his final visit to Europe, making this journey an incredibly precious opportunity for all who wish to connect with him and partake in his teachings.
Additionally, we are honoured to share one of Mahavatar Babaji’s profound messages, as received by Sunyogi Umasankar Ji, which offers clarity on our roles as micro-cells within the vast body of the Divine.

As you delve into these pages, you’ll find inspiration in the unfolding stories and events. Let’s remember, it’s our collective journey that we’re on, walking hand in hand, embracing the light of Sunyoga to uplift and harmonise our lives and the world around us.
With divine blessings,
Axel and the Sunyoga Editorial Board
Three-Day Workshop on Sunyoga Level 1-3 Held at Universal Peace Center, Lachipur, 21-23 March
By Tiyasa Sardar
A three-day introductory workshop on Sunyoga was successfully conducted at the Universal Peace Centre in Lachipur from March 21 to March 23, 2025. The primary instructor, Suryayogi Swamiji Umashankar Ji, personally led the sessions.

A total of 38 participants attended the event, including individuals from Delhi, Pune, and Mumbai, as well as two international participants from Germany. The workshop began on March 21 at 4:30 a.m. with sacred rituals, including Mangalarati and Agnihotra, which created a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. Over the following three days, participants engaged in immersive learning and practical training in Sunyoga.

Many attendees provided positive feedback and shared transformative experiences, which the ashram authorities have documented as testimonials. Several participants strongly desired to attend future workshops, underscoring their deep interest in Sunyoga.
The program concluded on March 23 at 8:30 PM in the gracious presence of the Ashram Trustee, marking a harmonious and auspicious conclusion to the event.

Celebrating Holi at Palapur Ashram: A Symphony of Flowers and Joy
This year, the festival of Holi infused vibrant colours and a joyful spirit into the serene environment of Palapur Ashram. As the sun rose, residents and visitors of the ashram came together to prepare for a unique celebration rooted in nature and devotion. Each morning, we also provided free classes in Sun Meditation for curious seekers.

Three days before the festival, we began picking thousands of flower petals. I joined a dedicated Sunyoga couple from the Netherlands, and we started collecting orange-colored petals. The fragrance of marigolds, roses, and jasmine filled the air, creating a sense of anticipation and unity among us.

We worked alongside many cheerful individuals from various parts of the world, including Australia, England, Italy, Russia, and Israel. Our hands were stained with the natural colours of the petals, and bhajans echoed as we filled baskets with fragrant blooms. Swamiji Umasankar led us in singing, sharing streams of Bengali, Hindi, and Tamil chants.

When the celebration day finally arrived, petals soared through the air, creating a kaleidoscope of colours that danced to the rhythm of Punjabi music. Joyful chants and melodies accompanied this floral symphony, creating a playful atmosphere. Swamiji Umasankar seized the moment to dive into the flowers, much to the children’s delight.

The day was a beautiful reminder of Holi’s deeper essence—love, harmony, and the divine spirit. At Palapur Ashram, this connection was profoundly felt as flowers danced freely, music resonated, and hearts blossomed in unison. We carry these memories with us and are grateful for the chance to celebrate Holi in such a blessed and sacred space. We thank Babaji for such a divine experience.

Mahavatar Babaji’s Great Message (3rd October 2020)
by Sunyogi Umasankar
During my morning prayer, Mahavatar Babaji gave me a vision of how the Divine (God) perceives the entire universe, including us.
Just as our physical body can sense a mosquito bite, an ant bite, or even a snake bite without directly seeing them, we can also visualise beyond what our physical eyes can see. This means that every cell in our body can perceive. Our brain helps us visualise both externally and internally.

When we experience happiness, sorrow, pain, or pleasure, we can sense which part of our body is affected through our inner vision. Even though the brain may be distant from the affected organ or cell, we can still visualize and take necessary actions because every cell and organ is connected to the whole body.
In a similar way, the entire universe and all creatures within it form a single body of the Divine. Just as our cells are part of us, we are micro-cells of the Divine. When we make mistakes or engage in wrongful actions, the Divine sends us signals—often as feelings or blockages. However, due to our emotional attachments, selfishness, blind faith, ego, and greed, we frequently miss these divine indications.

The Divine calls to us at least three times—sometimes we feel it, sometimes we do not. God has given us the freedom to choose our goals in life. Those with the right goals can correct themselves and receive divine support, which we call blessings. Those who have a goal but remain confused oscillate between blessings and suffering. Those without a goal miss out on divine blessings and experience only suffering, often blaming God while surrendering to their ego.
The Divine continuously perceives, supports, protects, and blesses the universe and all beings within it.
Today, Mahavatar Babaji has given me a clear vision of this truth. Wishing everyone a successful, peaceful, blissful, healthy, and enlightened life.
