Krishnapal’s Full Testimony: My Journey from Fatal Blood Cancer to Lifelong Vitality Through Sunyoga
Shared in an interview nearly 20 years ago
My name is Krishnapal, and I once stood at the edge of death, battling a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer. Medical science at the time had deemed my condition fatal and incurable. Yet through Sunyoga, I discovered a path that transformed my body, mind, and spirit, granting me life, health, and profound joy. I share this testimony so that others facing darkness may find their light.

The Shadow of Illness: A Fatal Diagnosis
It began in the spring of what felt like my final chapter—around May of that year, when I first sought deeper healing. I was confined to bed with debilitating weakness, constant joint pain, erratic appetite, and a cocktail of heavy medications that barely held my symptoms at bay. Doctors at PGI were clear: my disease was chronic and terminal. Resistance to treatment was inevitable, and time was slipping away.
My Total Leukocyte Count (TLC) was at a staggering 100,000, a number that confirmed the severity of my condition. Conventional medicine offered little hope.
Desperation led me to explore beyond pills and hospitals. That’s when I discovered Sunyoga, a practice of gazing at the sun during safe hours (dawn or dusk), combined with focused breathing and meditation. Under guidance, I committed to it not as a replacement for medicine, but as a complement. Little did I know that it would become a turning point in my life.
The First Glimpse: An Uncontrolled Awakening
My initial sessions were raw and overwhelming. The first time I practised, I sat for about 15–20 minutes, eyes softly on the rising sun. Suddenly, my body felt weightless—numb, free of pain. The world dissolved. I drifted beyond my physical form, experiencing a state of pure samadhi, where boundaries vanished.
A brilliant light surged through me, indescribable, alive, like an electric current. My body trembled, my mind raced—but it was ecstasy, not terror. Waves of joy washed over me, deeper than any relief from medicine. Though the encounter lasted only half an hour, its impact lingered—a spark of possibility.

Daily Devotion: From Chaos to Weightless Peace
Undeterred by the intensity, I made Sunyoga a daily ritual—15 to 30 minutes at sunrise, breath steady, mind surrendered. What began as chaotic surges evolved into a gentle, constant flow. I entered a state of weightless peace: body relaxed, mind expansive, the light steady and inviting.
Spiritually, it was transformative. In these meditative states, I glimpsed unity with the universe. The sun became a channel for divine energy, dissolving ego and fear. Tension, worry, and negative thoughts evaporated. Each session left me feeling calm, clear, and joyful.
Physical Resurrection: A Body Reborn
- Within just one month, my Total Leukocyte Count (TLC) dropped from 100,000 to 30,000.
- After one year of consistent Sun Yoga practice, my TLC normalised to 9,000.
- My appetite stabilised; hunger returned, and nausea disappeared.
- Joint pain vanished completely. My body moved freely without stiffness.
- Weakness faded. I could resume everyday work and daily activities without fatigue.
- Most astonishingly, my medications were reduced from three capsules daily to just one, while effectiveness improved.
Medical professionals noticed. PGI department heads called my progress a “unique example,” noting that diseases previously deemed incurable were showing signs of reversal.
Dr Rajveer Singh, Ayurvedacharya: “From a medical viewpoint, this is not just improvement—it’s a paradigm shift. Sun Yoga builds immunity from within, preventing resistance to long-term treatments.”
Dr Rakesh Sharma, Homoeopath: “It is surprising—the medicine decreased after such a long time without resistance. This effect is clearly due to Sun Yoga; the body develops profound immunity, explaining the sustained response.”
The Greater Vision: A Message for All
Sunyoga’s transformative power depends on dedication, ethical living, and consistent practice. For the healthy, it serves as a preventive measure. For anyone facing illness, even chronic conditions, it provides a complementary path toward vitality.
Initial discomforts—watering eyes, mild tremors—fade in days, revealing boundless benefits. Sunyoga is not magic; it is the blending of science and spirit. Like plants absorbing sunlight, the human body can draw energy and healing directly from the sun.
Through this practice, I went from a fatal prognosis to full vitality, halving medication while multiplying joy. If I, an ordinary man, could reclaim life, others can too.

Embrace the Light
Gaze, breathe, surrender. The sun waits, offering energy, clarity, and transformation. With steady practice and reverence, anyone can awaken the inner light within.
Testimony shared in November 2005; endorsed by Dr Rajveer Singh, Ayurvedacharya, and Dr Rakesh Sharma, Homoeopath, along with PGI Department Heads, noting the unique synergy of Sun Yoga with conventional medicine.
