Honouring Bardi Maa: A Sacred Transition to Eternal Peace

February 20, 2026 – At the Universal Peace Centre in West Bengal, our Sunyoga family gathered in profound unity to commemorate the serene departure of শ্রদ্ধেয় বড়দি মা—Swamiji’s cherished elder sister, Badri Ma Bhagini Satya Rani Roy Bag (02/02/1960 – 17/02/2026). Her life exemplified Sattva, the eternal truth central to our teachings.
Reflections on Her Peaceful Journey
In a deeply moving address, the speaker navigated waves of sorrow with grace, recounting Badri Ma’s tranquil final moments amid personal challenges like helplessness and the call for forgiveness. Life’s impermanence unfolded beautifully: our physical forms are temporary vessels for cosmic energy, purifying like gold from alloy or a droplet merging with the ocean—echoing Sunyoga’s wisdom on the soul’s boundless return.

Harmony Between Ashram and Family
The message beautifully distinguished sacred ashram boundaries from familial bonds, urging moral integrity, mutual understanding, and collective healing. Heartfelt gratitude is extended to Tisha, Prashun, and their family for emotional, spiritual, and legal stewardship, ensuring the Centre’s mission endures.

Prayers for Eternal Bliss
We collectively prayed for Badri Ma’s unhindered passage to cosmic consciousness—free from earthly limits, embraced in infinite peace, prosperity, and enlightenment for all souls. Her Jaipur farewell radiated social harmony, inspiring renewed service at our West Bengal sanctuary.
Jai Satya! Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. 🙏
May her legacy illuminate paths of truth and unity. Share your remembrances in the comments below.
