The Malaysian Journey and the Meaning of Vijaya Dashami
October 2025 was a special month for all of us. In Malaysia, the Sunyoga Scientific Spiritual Healing Advanced Course brought together students for deep learning and self-transformation.

Every day began with morning cleansing followed by Sunyoga, facing the noon Sun to receive extraordinary energy. Under Swamiji’s guidance, we studied the science of yoga, learning how to live in harmony with nature and find peace in daily life.
As the course went on, we also felt another sacred rhythm — the celebration of Durga Puja in India. On the same day that our advanced course ended, the festival also reached its final moment — Vijaya Dashami, the day of victory and surrender.

During Durga Puja, clay idols of Goddess Durga are created to represent divine strength and human effort. At the end, these idols are immersed in rivers, where the clay slowly melts and becomes one with the water.
This teaches a profound truth: everything with form must return to the formless. In the same way, we must let go of our ego, anger, and pride — and merge with peace.
This act of surrender is also the heart of our Sunyoga practice. The final day of the advanced course reminded us that true victory is not in the outer world, but in conquering our inner enemies — desire, anger, greed, jealousy, and laziness. When we win over these, we find real success and peace.

After completing the course and experiencing this beautiful inner journey, our group celebrated life through adventure and togetherness. We explored Gua Tempurung, the most extensive cave system in Southeast Asia, and went river rafting at Adeline Villa. It was Swamiji’s first rafting experience and Dr Jacqueline Ma’s 100th+! There was laughter, courage, and unity throughout the trip. While some of us were terrified the whole time, others took a big jump as the boat hit a wave and flew to the back of the boat, luckily, without any serious injuries.
We also visited Genting Highlands, meditating near the statues of Kuan Yin and Lord Buddha, high in the cool mist of the mountains, surrounded by both nature and modern life.
The whole journey, from deep meditation to joyful adventure, became one continuous lesson — to surrender like clay, to flow like a river, and to live in peace in every situation.

Sunyoga Workshop and Book Release in Palampur
After Malaysia, our path led to the Mahavatar Babaji Meditation Centre Trust in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, from October 10–12, 2025. Nearly 50 seekers from India, Malaysia, France, Sweden, Canada, and the USA joined the Sunyoga Scientific Spiritual Healing Basic Course (Levels 1–3).

Every morning began at 5 a.m. with Sunyoga under the rising sun. Swamiji’s talks were full of wisdom, humour, and scientific understanding. He explained that real healing must touch every level — body, mind, heart, relationships, and the environment.
“Time and life must move in balance with Nature,” he said. “When humanity goes against Nature, even Mother Earth begins to cry.”

The gathering was full of harmony — children as young as eight and elders in their seventies practising side by side. The ashram kitchen served simple, delicious, and pure food. In the evenings, Yogiraj Amarjyoti Babaji’s divine presence could be felt by all..
📚 Book Launch Celebration
On October 11, we celebrated the release of two new books:
📘 Family: The Safety Cave of Sadhana — showing how home life can become a sacred place for spiritual growth.
📙 Amrit (Nectar) is the Extract of Poison — teaching how pain and problems can be turned into wisdom and strength.
The event was blessed by Yogiraj Amarjyoti Babaji Maharaj and filled with love, songs, and readings. “These books,” said Swamiji, “show a new way of education — one that values awareness and harmony more than wealth.”

As the course ended on October 13, everyone left with new inspiration to live with awareness and serve humanity. The Himalayan air carried peace into every heart.

Mother Kali — The Power Beyond Time
Based on the Divine Teachings of Sunyogi Umasankar
Shri Shri Kali Puja is the inner, spiritual heart of Shyama Puja.
Mother Kali’s name comes from the word Kal, which means Time.
She is the one who goes beyond even Mahakal—the Great Time.
This means that Mother Kali is not limited by time; She is the eternal power behind every moment, every atom, and every ray of light.
When the world becomes full of darkness—when people lose awareness, become lazy, or are trapped by greed and ignorance—then Mother Kali appears.
She destroys these opposing forces and brings a new cycle of peace, truth, and spiritual awakening.
Though She is often called the “Destroyer,” She is also the Mother of Creation.
Every ending is the beginning of a new dawn.
Destruction, in truth, is only transformation—a doorway to renewal.
The Wheel of Time always turns.
It represents the constant movement of the universe—the incredible energy that keeps all creation alive.
Mother Kali is the divine power that keeps this wheel turning, the living symbol of the Microcosm, the smaller universe within us.

Mother Shyama — The Ultimate Blue
Shyama Ma, or Goddess Kali in Her cosmic form, represents the Universal Consciousness—the energy that holds everything together.
She is like the Universal Black Hole in space, absorbing all darkness and transforming it into light.
In this cosmic process, all impurities enter the Black Hole and come out purified as divine energy through the White Hole.
This is how Mother Shyama renews the universe—by purifying everything through love and wisdom.
Her blue colour represents this mystery of transformation.
Blue is the universal colour—it contains all other colours within it.
That is why Lord Krishna, also called Shyam, is blue.
Shyam and Shyama are one—they both represent the same Supreme Consciousness.
In Lord Krishna’s hand shines the Sudarshan Chakra, which represents Universal Awareness—the Macrocosm.
The energy that moves this Chakra is Shyama Ma Herself.
So Shyama Ma is the vastness of the Universe—the boundless blue energy beyond all limits.

Diwali — The Festival of the Inner Light
This sacred festival of Diwali reminds us of our journey from darkness to light.
It shows the soul’s union with the Ultimate Blue—Mother Shyama (the Macrocosm)—through the guidance of Mother Kali (the Microcosm).
By following the path of Yoga—primarily through the eight steps of Ashtanga Yoga—we can rise above the Wheel of Time and reach Samadhi, the state of complete peace.
In that state, we understand time itself and go beyond it.
When we connect with Mother Kali, we begin to see the small cycle of birth and death.
When we connect with Mother Shyama, we realise the vast, infinite Universe.
Through deep meditation and inner stillness, we experience both and become one with the Sudarshan Chakra, the divine energy of the cosmos.
This is our spiritual journey:
From the small to the vast,
From the limited to the infinite,
From the individual self to the Universal Self.
This is the true meaning of Diwali—the festival of merging the inner light with the light of the universe.
Lighting the Lamp Within
When we light lamps in our homes during Diwali, it is not only for decoration.
It symbolises the lighting of the inner lamp—the awakening of consciousness that removes the darkness of ignorance.
Each lamp reminds us to keep our hearts bright with wisdom, purity, and love.
The real Diwali happens inside—when we realise our inner light and share it with others.

Swamiji receives blessings from his sister.
A Prayer for All
May this Diwali and Shyama Puja help everyone awaken the light within.
May the darkness of ignorance be removed from every mind.
May the light of divine knowledge shine forever in all beings.
Shubho Diwali 🙏

From Darkness to Light: The Five Cs and the Five Ps
Based on the Divine Teachings of Sunyogi Umasankar
Dear Divine Brothers and Sisters,
Om Anand Om 🙏
In this journey of life, every moment is a chance to learn and grow.
To live with peace and awareness, we must stay alert and conscious in all our actions — this is proper education. When we forget awareness and become lazy, we lose touch with the wisdom of living.
Laziness is the first and biggest obstacle on our path. When we identify too much with the body and forget our higher Self, we slowly lose our energy. Then laziness takes over, and we stop doing our karma — the sacred duty given to us in this human life.
When we neglect that duty, disharmony and darkness (called Alakshmi) start to enter our lives. Swamiji explains that the Five Cs lead us toward darkness, and the Five Ps bring us back into the light of Lakshmi — the state of peace, purity, and divine prosperity.

The Five Cs — The Path of Darkness (Alakshmi)
1. Competition and Comparison
Darkness begins when we compare ourselves with others.
Every being — human, animal, or plant — has its own purpose and beauty.
But when we compare, we lose our joy. Comparison brings dissatisfaction; dissatisfaction leads to competition; and competition destroys peace.
In this way, we move away from contentment and enter the path of Alakshmi.
- Confusion
From comparison and competition comes confusion.
When we are not happy within, our minds become cloudy. We begin to doubt ourselves and others, and we lose clarity.
In confusion, energy is wasted, and the direction of life becomes unclear.
- Criticism
Confusion soon leads to criticism.
Instead of improving ourselves, we start blaming others. Ego grows, love decreases, and peace disappears. Criticism is the ego’s voice that replaces the voice of awareness.
- Craziness
Too much criticism and negativity bring mental imbalance — craziness.
We become restless, angry, and intolerant.
We lose control of our emotions and harmony with our family, friends, and community.
- Chaos
The final stage of darkness is chaos — when peace completely disappears.
Anger and confusion rule the mind, and life becomes unstable.
This is the deepest Alakshmi — darkness in both the inner and outer world.
Even so, Swamiji reminds us: “No matter how deep the darkness, one small lamp of awareness can bring back the light.”

Local function filled with youth and joy.
The Five Ps — The Path of Light (Lakshmi)
To come out of Alakshmi, we must become active and conscious again.
Swamiji teaches that there are Five Ps — divine qualities that bring harmony and light into our lives.
1. Patience
Patience is the first step toward peace.
When problems arise, stay calm and steady.
Patience gives us inner strength to face challenges without fear or anger. It invites divine grace and fosters wisdom.
2. Punctuality
From patience comes punctuality.
When we do our work regularly and on time, life becomes organised and peaceful.
In a community or ashram, punctuality aligns everyone’s energy — like musical notes joining to make a sweet melody.
3. Perfection
When we act with punctuality and sincerity, perfection naturally follows.
Whatever we do—cooking, cleaning, teaching, or meditating—if we do it with a full heart and discipline, it becomes an offering to the Divine.
- Purification
Through perfection comes purification.
As we work with sincerity and love, laziness, pride, and anger begin to fade.
Our mind becomes clear, our emotions peaceful, and our heart light.
This is true purification — of body, mind, and soul.
- Pleasantness (Peacefulness)
Purification leads to pleasantness — a peaceful and joyful state of being.
When patience, punctuality, perfection, and purity guide our lives, happiness comes naturally. This inner pleasantness is the true Lakshmi — the divine abundance of peace and contentment.

Tyiasa celebrates her birthday.
The Way Back to Light
Both Alakshmi and Lakshmi live within us.
When we fall into the Five Cs — competition, confusion, criticism, craziness, and chaos — we walk into darkness.
But when we practice the Five Ps — patience, punctuality, perfection, purification, and pleasantness — we walk into light.
So let us remove laziness and become active in our karma.
Let us act not with ego, but with awareness.
When we work without comparison, with patience and purity, life blossoms like a divine flower. Then we truly live in the light of Lakshmi — a life full of peace, joy, and enlightenment.

The Universal Peace Centre Trust and all our international partners send blessings for a peaceful, blissful, healthy, and enlightened life.

Strikes of Spirit: Karate

At our Universal Peace Centre Ashram, our new monthly workshop brought together young local talents in strength and discipline.
Led by trainers from the AJHAD HIND Volunteer Team, Dolon and Porvoti, the session showed that martial arts can also be a path to peace.

Each movement became a mindful action. Every punch, block, and breath carried focus, balance, and self-control. By the end, everyone felt the connection between physical discipline and inner peace. Karate had turned into Yoga in motion — action-filled with awareness.
