Four healing methods

Sunyogi has refined 4 methods of physical health and spiritual development:

1. Sunyoga

This is the method where the main practice is doing open-eye meditation with the sun (Sun Meditation).

2. Agnihotra

This is a homa (fire ceremony) that has the potential to purify ourselves and our local environment.

3. Acupressure
